If the form asks for your NYSSMA level, an approximate level is fine.

Pay Registration Fee

You must include the student's first and last name with the PayPal payment.

Scholarships are available for families in need. Email info@ayoa.org.

AYO $100 Spring Session AYS $75 Spring Session

If using a sibling discount or a different amount, contact info@ayoa.org before paying.

PayPal hosted buttons can support text boxes and other customer input fields, so if you use an embedded PayPal button instead of a plain payment link, you can require the student name there as part of checkout.
